When Feelings Feel Big
Children today face big emotions — worry, low confidence, friendship struggles, overwhelm — often without the words or tools to explain how they feel.
That might look like sudden meltdowns, bedtime worries, avoidance of school, or a child who says “I’m fine” — but clearly isn’t.
Why Emotional Skills Matter Early
Emotional skills don’t develop automatically — they need to be learned, practised, and supported early in life. When children aren’t supported during these formative years, those struggles can follow them as they grow, affecting confidence, relationships, learning, and overall wellbeing.
But when children learn how to understand and manage their feelings from a young age, everything changes — they feel more confident, better understood, and more equipped to handle life’s challenges.
Stories With Purpose
Our stories are created using an approach known as bibliotherapy
— a proven method that uses storytelling to support emotional and mental wellbeing.
Begins with a real challenge children face
Gently reflects the child’s emotional experience
Weaves in evidence‑based psychological tools from child psychology and CBT
Shows children how to cope through example — not instruction
These stories are not therapy — just gentle tools that help children understand themselves better.
Children don’t feel like they’re being taught. They feel understood.
